Slowly trying to get back into the swing of things after the Holidays. Why is it so easy to eat all the treats and comfort food in the Winter. Ahh the winter will be the death of me. But making small changes to get back into the hang of things is going to easily help me get back into healthy shape. One thing I try to always do is walk as much as I can. Working at a desk job it can be a challenge but doing as much as you can and slowly making healthy changes and choices will get you into shape.
